I am Rebecca Davies, founder of HR Ready Ltd. Having worked in corporate for 20 years, I decided to take the plunge into consultancy. It has been a desire of mine to build not only a successful business but to ensure that all businesses even small to medium sized businesses have the support they need to enable rapid growth.

Armed with this goal, I wanted to make sure that not only were businesses supported with their HR requirements but they also receive a full service of Recruitment, training and coaching support. 

As such, I  founded HR Ready ltd in 2017 with the aim to provide the exceptional HR knowledge and expertise you would find in large organisation and providing this same expertise and experience to highly ambitious SME businesses.

With a focus to provide personalised and professional people solutions to all clients. Working in partnership to maximise growth and limit business risk while having fun building successful teams and businesses.
