Founder & HR Director
Rebecca Davies has 20 years’ experience across multiple industries, she holds her master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is MCIPD qualified.
Rebecca specialises in operational and strategic HR, employee engagement and experience, specialising in building effective teams and coaching. She provides the insights, experience and expertise to rapid growth businesses looking to scale from start-up to large organisations.
With her pragmatic approach to HR and business, she provides invaluable insights to problem solving and bring together both the people and business to achieve the business strategy.
Charlotte Oakley joins the HR Ready team as an HR Assistant, she has recently finished her degree and strengthens our team.
Her degree has enabled her to be confident with gathering facts and statistics, as well as improving her spoken and written communication skills. She thrives when faced with a challenge and the opportunity to learn something new.
She has held both administrative and managerial roles over the past 6 years. She is down to earth, pragmatic and prides herself on providing exceptional service.
Katherine Hyett has a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources and has worked in recruitment and international HR for 20 years.
Katherine specialises in search, selection, recruitment training and careers advice with a specialism of placing senior hires in China. She provides bespoke solutions ranging from advertising to a full retained service including headhunting, interviews, and psychometrics.
With her 15 years in-house background she can provide training in recruitment skills to your hiring manager or HR teams, interviewing assistance and offers a careers/outplacement service.
Client Relationship Manager
Kay Skelton has over 5 years experience as a Client Whisperer, she works in partnership with our customers and connections to build strong lasting relationships. Keeping the lines of communication open, listening to our customers and building strategies so that all our customers are looked after on a regular basis to the highest service level.
Kay makes it look easy with her interpersonal skills, win win approach and ability to converse with people putting them at the forefront of all we do. She is polite and friendly and gets the best out of people.
Digital Marketing Manager
Ioan Davies has a degree in Graphic design and has worked in graphic design and web design for 15 years.
Ioan specialises in both print and web design and has worked on a wide range of projects and brands both nationally and internationally covering branding, communications and Marcomms.
Being our creative brand ambassador, supporting the business in all areas of marketing, graphic and web design.
Health & Safety Consultant
Kevin Symons has a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health as well as an Advanced Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Risk Management. Kevin has gained considerable experience in health and safety over a 25-year career. Having been in consultancy since 2004 he has worked with several different Companies in various industries.
Kevin has an approachable manner and is realistic in his approach to health and safety and constantly works with customers in the development and implementation of their health and safety management systems including the provision of health and safety training.
